Shipping Charges on International Orders

International Shipping & Delivery

For our international clientele, Gowri Signatures offers:

  • Complimentary international shipping on all orders above ₹25,000/-.
  • For orders below ₹25,000/-, a nominal fee of ₹1,500/- applies for the first saree, and ₹500/- for each additional saree within the same order.

Please note that shipping charges, if applicable, are determined by the overall size and volume of your order. For exceptionally voluminous orders, an oversized packaging fee may be applied to ensure your entire selection reaches you efficiently and securely.

Domestic Shipping Timelines

For orders within India, delivery timelines are primarily influenced by prevailing state government guidelines. While we aim to deliver your order within 7 to 10 working daysfrom the date of purchase, please understand that unforeseen delays may occur due to local lockdowns or other restrictions beyond our control. Rest assured, we'll keep you promptly updated on any such developments.

NOTE- Should your order include additional services from our Designer Label UG, please anticipate extra working days as per clients discussion with our Fashion consultant . If you have a specific delivery date in mind, kindly inform us, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request.

International Shipping Timelines and Customs

For our international customers, deliveries typically arrive within 8 to 10 working days.

Please be aware that your order may be subject to additional charges, including VAT, import duties, and local taxes, determined by the regulations of the destination country. These charges are payable by you directly to the courier partner at the time of delivery, as they are beyond Gowri Signatures' influence or control and vary by region.

To ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your order, we kindly request a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code, and contact information.

Packaging and Product Condition

At Gowri Signatures, we ensure every product is quality-checked for safe delivery. If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, do not accept it. Please report any issues immediately to hello@gowrisignatures.com with photos.

For orders with multiple items, we typically pack them together. If you prefer separate packaging, please contact us with your order number; an additional charge may apply.

Discounted & Clearance sale items are non-returnable.
