We believe in helping our customers, so we have a flexible Cancellation Policy:

• Timing: You can cancel an order only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing it.
• Refunds: For online payments (Credit/Debit/Net banking), refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
• Custom Services: If services like blouse stitching, fall/pico, blouse detachment, or tasseling have been done, cancellation or changes are not possible.

We thoroughly check all products for quality before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Report Immediately: Email our customer care within 24 hours of delivery to start the return process.
• Our Decision: The decision to accept returns is solely with the Gowri Signatures Team. Once products are shipped, returns are only accepted if they are damaged or defective as mentioned above.
• Dislike is Not Eligible: We do not accept exchanges if you simply dislike the product.
• Color Variation: Product photos are taken in neutral lighting, and we try our best to show exact colors. However, colors may look different due to monitor settings or lighting. A 10% variation in shade is considered normal and is not a reason for return or exchange.
• Product Condition: Sarees must be returned in their original condition and packaging to receive full credit. This is a non-negotiable policy.
• Processing Time: If your return/exchange request is accepted, it will take about one week to process the refund or exchange.
• Limited Exchanges: We offer the exchange facility only once per order. We will not entertain repetitive exchange requests.

Payment Policy

Our payment methods include Net Banking, PayPal, and CC Avenue, all offering secure transactions. You can pay using any cards accepted by these gateways. If a product is unavailable, any partial or full refunds will be credited back to the original payment account.

The price listed on the website is final, and we do not offer discounts.

Fraud & Security: While all transactions occur on our payment gateway partners' websites (and we're not responsible for fraud there), we promise to assist you if you face any payment difficulties.

Cash on Delivery is currently not available.

Blouse / Falls Stitching

• Measurements: Please carefully check and review your blouse measurements before submitting them.
• Changes: If you forget to provide information or need to make a change, email us immediately. We can only entertain measurement changes if informed within 2 hours of placing the order.
  

Pricing Information

We aim for accurate pricing, but typographical errors can occur.

• If a product is listed with an incorrect price or information, Gowri Signatures has the right to refuse or cancel any orders for that product (unless it's already dispatched).
• In such cases, we may contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you.
• Your order isn't accepted until the product is dispatched. Before dispatch, we can change the product price and contact you, or cancel your order.
• If your order is accepted, your credit card will be debited, and you'll be notified via email. Payment may be processed before dispatch. If we cancel an order after processing payment, the amount will be refunded to your credit card.

Please note: Online prices may sometimes differ from in-store prices as we strive for competitive pricing in different regions. Prices and availability can change without notice.

Electronic Communications

By subscribing or registering with us, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that all our electronic communications meet any legal requirement for written communication. We'll also send you emails about new collections and other relevant information.

Legal Jurisdiction

This User Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions on the Gowri Signatures website will be settled in the courts of Chennai.

Customer Support Conditions

• Chat Records: Conversations on our chat window may be recorded and used as proof.
• No Abusive Language: Please use respectful language in chat.
• ● No Cross-Selling/Advice: The chat window is for resolving basic issues related to buying our products, not for cross-selling, solicitation, or investment advice.
• Service Discontinuation: Gowri Signatures can discontinue the chat facility at any time, at its own discretion.
